Fixed and scrollable elements at the same time

Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone has tried doing something like this with webflow:

Careers. Work at Ueno. >> that scroll effect with the left panel fixed and the right panel being scrollable.

I’ve tried working with fixed elements as well as overflow scroll but nothing has worked out for me.
