Finsweet Pagination issues affecting Google Search Console (GSC)

Hey guys!

I’m having trouble with the finsweet pagination. It appears that even with the query parameters not being added to the site, making them non-existent by default, GSC is still reporting canonical issues with the pages that have query parameters. Can this issue be solved in any way?

PS. the Finsweet free support is only about correct implementation and doesn’t help in the regard described above.

I don’t think this should cause any issues with search rankings etc. Is there any particular functionality you are missing out on that makes this important?
