Fill line when you scroll down

Hi there!

I was seeing the forum but I didn’t get anything about my doubt.

I want to to do something like this in my new site, I mean when the user scroll down a line of numbers changing its background color.

hey @krlos24,

start thinking about a fixed background. the green line is a slim div with this background attached. The background should be fixed. I’ve no time right now to go deeper but I think it is a good hint to start the recreation.
