File Names for Images not updating

We have been trying to update file names of existing images for the following site: http://www.cornerstonedentistry.com.au/

Many of the pictures are stock and have file names such as istock_213409872134.jpg

We have renamed these file names and re-uploaded to the asset manager. In the asset manager the file name appears correct. ie. It shows: hawthorn-dentist-cornerstone-dentistry.jpg. But when you click the link to view the images URL the URL appears to have kept the original file name ie. istock_213409872134.jpg

Some have updated. Some have not.

Please try un-publishing your project, then publish again. This will clear the cache.

I’ve tried this and nothing changed. Are there any other alternative options?
