Hi, I will be selling my news website and just to be sure that nothing gets disputed in the future, I want to take a “snapshot” of all the pages with all the content including images.

I simply want to be sure that I will be able to prove the state of the website at the exact moment I sold it.

Is the “site export” suitable for it? I have a CMS plan and in WF interface it says that in order to site export, I need to upgrade… Can I upgrade to Business plan just for 1 month in order to do the export and then downgrade back to CMS?

Export site will not export anything CMS related, not event your CMS-bound elements.
I’d just make a duplicate of the site, and keep it in your own workspace.

It sounds like you’re on the free Starter workspace ( that’s the only place you cannot export sites if I remember correctly ), so you can have two sites in that workspace.

Then on sale, just transfer the official version over to the client’s own workspace.
