I recently set up the Analyze for my project and when I go to Insights in my Top Events section I see ‘Essential’ button being the most clicked. What is it? I have a few other buttons at my homepage. It’s not really very insightful
The “Essential” button in your Top Events likely corresponds to a real button or element labeled “Essential” on your homepage, either from its class, ID, or inner text. Check your Webflow project for any button named “Essential” or inspect all button elements to verify. If using analytics tools, ensure event tracking is configured correctly and not assigning generic labels. Use the browser’s “Inspect” tool to examine button identifiers or a session recording tool (like Hotjar) to see user interactions and identify which element is being clicked.
Many thanks for the response! I did what you said, and indeed it’s a checkbox from my cookie consent pop-up. Do you know if it’s possible to exclude it from the analytics? It appears on top of my top event list.
