Errors 504 and 502 when trying to access the Dashboard

Hello,

I am facing issues accessing the Dashboard and the Designer on my websites. I’ve been either getting errors 504 and 502 one after another on each page reload or, when it accidentally loads, I can’t get past the initial animation of a Designer loading screen.

The status page shows no issues, so I thought I should inform the staff about that one.

Hi Anastasia the only way to inform the staff is to message support.
This is the community forum so they likely won’t see it.

For the designer “stuck”, I find it’s often a browser plug-in, however your 504 and 502’s sound like a server issue and Webflow’s had a few of those this week.
