Anyone know how to contact a Human at Webflow. I gave ages filling out the support form, adding screenshots and vide0 recording only to be met by an AI agent. Then I came here hoping for help only to receive the msg below after drafting my post.
The AI agent collects further info, and tries to solve your problem by getting you the correct info.
If it can’t, you can just ask it to open a support ticket so a human can follow up by email.
The AI agent is pretty well trained though, it has a lot of answers.
Interesting that your link host was blocked, might be a domain that’s flagged for malicious software?
You can type “contact support” in the Webflow bot and it’ll escalate to a human by email. Had to do that on a client project last month when the AI didn’t cover a specific billing issue.
