Enquiry of the message "Someone on your team may have made changes while you were away"

Hello,

I was working on one of the project in my workplace. I was away for a while. And when I resumed my work, I found a popup of message “Someone on your team may have made changes while you were away”. I did enquire to my team, no one has accessed or tried to use the project or workspace, still I got the popup.

May I know is it a Normal Activity or any Suspicious Activity?
What shall I do further to know who accessed my project or workplace?

As far as I know, this message usually appears when changes are made to tasks or the project itself during your absence and is quite common in collaborative projects and platforms like Microsoft Planner. However, if your team members haven’t accessed the project, it might be a false alert or a minor glitch.

You could check the project’s activity logs or revision history, if available. These features often track changes and can pinpoint who made them and when. If your platform doesn’t offer this, you might want to reach out to the platform’s support team for more detailed insights.

Hope this helps!
