Emoji appear on different OS

Hey guys,
My client want to ass some Emoji on their text : https://www.makeit-leroymerlin.com/
The point, is that the emoji appear well on my OS, but if people are in different OS, Emoji don’t appear.

There is a technique for native OS Emoji appear in every OS ?
