Embetter our website performance

Hello everybody,

We try to embetter our website performance. According to the Google PageSpeed results (here our test results) we are doing well in terms of Accessibility (91/100), Best Practices (92) and SEO (99). Only Performance (56/100) is very poor. Could you please help us to get better in this subject? First of all: is there any automatic way to compress images (according to the information PageSpeed is giving)?

Our webflow account is registered under info@schlossberlepsch.de. Our active site is “Schloss Berlepsch”. We use our own server to publish and thus we export the code.

Hi @Maria_Kahlmeier ,

You should convert all the images to WebP format first, You can use this free tool - Convert AVIF to JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF or WEBP , but you will have to manually convert images.

Other than this you can use tools like https://websitespeedy.com/ to implement lazy loading and to fix render blocking and js related issues, this tool will fix them automatically.
