Embedding Googe Sheets into '<'li'> list in 2 columns

I have 1 row with 2 columns.

Column 1 has “WF List 1”
Column 2 has “WF List 2”

Both “WF List 1” and “WF List 2” contain “Row 1” “Row 2” and “Row 3”

How do I populate “Google Column A” into “List 1” and “Google Column B” into “List 2” and updates automatically (realtime, every hour, or day) the “Rows 1-3”?
