I have a embedded video on the home page of my portfolio, recently I have been told that for some devices it shows as a static image, I need to fix this please

It must be a problem on the browser side : when battery is low or/and connexion is slow the browser show image instead of the video.
Should also be a problem on some cheap mobile manufacturer browser.
test it with friend how have 4g and decent phone.
