Embedded Streaming player

Does anyone have experience with Streaming audio players embedded in webflow.
Client says that the streaming audio player is recording the user listening sessions even after the device is put in airplane mode causing skewed analytics since the streaming audio isn’t obviously playing in airplane mode. The third party we obtained the player embed code from says its an implementation issue not an issue with the player. Wouldn’t even know where to begin to research this.

The Streaming Audio player is embedded on multiple pages throughout the site.

That’s nothing to do with Webflow - embed it into a page outside of Webflow and see if you get the same problem. I suspect the 3rd party mean that the configuration that has been implemented does not have a stop action for when it’s closed. But again this is nothing to do with Webflow.
