Embedded Element Issue

Please need your HELP with the Embedded Element - same issue appears on both embedded elements in two different pages… On a large 21 inch computer the “cart” pop up fits the screen i dont need to scroll down…
However on a 13" screen i need to scroll down to see the entire pop up. Unfortunately it seems to have a “duplicate” effect - like there is another pop up right underneath…
Any ideas please?!?!? Thank you!!!
