Email Notifications For Form Submissions Not Delivering

I am not getting any form notification emails throughout my entire workspace for any site.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue….

If you’re not receiving form notification emails, here are several troubleshooting steps to resolve this:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder as form notifications are sometimes flagged as spam
  2. Verify your form notification settings by opening your site in Webflow, selecting the form, opening Settings, and confirming the correct email addresses are listed under Email Notifications
  3. Try using a different email address (like a personal Gmail) to test if the issue is specific to your current email domain
  4. Check if your email provider’s filtering rules or security settings are blocking Webflow emails - you may need to whitelist notifications@webflow.com
  5. If none of these steps work, your email address might be on our blocklist due to previous delivery issues - in this case, try using a different email address
