Email link doesn't work for my contact page

buttong should open the client email browser to send an email but it doesn’t work. Any idea why?

my email is guillermo.alda@nivity.ai and the message is Hello Nivity.

Your “Send us an email” button opens fine for me using Edge and Chrome. It may be that you don’t have a ‘program default’ set to be opened within your OS?
