Elements still showing over fixed nav when scrolling

Hi all! I was able to fix my header with my logo and Contact Us button, and it looks like the background is opaque the way I want, however, when I start to scroll only some (not all) of my elements appear over the top of the nav. Please help!

Is this issue fixed? Checking the preview it’s not overlapping anymore.

Checking the nav, z-index is set to 1000, which I think resolved this issue.
