Element Flickers During Horizontal Mouse Movement in "Mouse Move Over Element" Interaction

Hi,
I’m working with the “Mouse Move Over Element” interaction. My goal is to have an element move both vertically and horizontally based on the mouse’s position (X and Y axis).

The vertical movement works perfectly. However, when I move the mouse slowly in the horizontal direction, the element starts to flicker. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue.

Has anyone encountered this before or have any suggestions for resolving the flicker during horizontal movement?

Flickers like this usually happen due to opposing/ combating interactions.

As David mentioned, a read-only link is probably the only way to get help.
