is the third section not visibile on my published page. I obviously set in to hidden, because my client needs to review this site. Can anyone help here, because my client loved the animation in the designer/preview.

I can see that you have set the Display to None for the 3rd section on the page, if you want that section to show up in preview & published site, you can set it to block or any relevant value other than none.
Let me know if the issue you are facing is something else.
And the Contact form shows the back button from 2nd step in the same place that it shows on the desktop version, so I am not sure what the issue is exactly.
You can share some screenshots highlighting the issue and how you require it to be, since that would help in troubleshooting.
