Editor tool bar not visible

** This is now solved. It was due to some custom code which has now been identified **

When I access this site as an editor the toolbar doesn’t show up, so editors cannot access collections:

I guess there’s some custom code somewhere that’s blocking it because on other sites the toolbar shows fine. Does anyone know what’s going on here? Many thanks in advance.
