What browser are you using?
Chrome and the client occasionally uses Safari. I use Chrome and had the same issues when trying to help the client.
I’m not having any issues on chrome on my end. I would recommend making sure your chrome is updated to the most recent version and that this isn’t a system issue for you (and maybe even your client).
Have you tried Incognito mode in Google Chrome? If not, please try it
and make sure to disable all extensions. Make sure to use the Chrome
browser updated version.
I am using Brave browser now for a while. It’s also a chromium browser, but without all the bad stuff from Google’s Chrome.
