I create a website for my company, now I want to invite my Marketer to edit the content, but no matter how many times I send the request my Marketer DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS. We have checked our email spam and junk…etc

MS Outlook 365 can be dodgy in general, I’ve see a lot of mail blocked with no notifications. You don’t have a DMARC record established for sumiha.com which it can be picky about as well.
Beyond that it’s impossible to check, you can try Outlook support.
I’d just try inviting your team mate using a personal email address like an @gmail, the legacy editor will be gone in 5 months anyway.
