Ecommerce plan gone wrong, help plz

Hello,

Im new to webflow.

Ive been trying to reach customer support with no success. (it appears they don’t want us to reach them).

I rely on the community for help :crossed_fingers:

I built an ai website to try webflow and its capabilities and then I sub an ecommerce plan on that ai build, which I needed for my project.

But after some testing with this new tech, i didnt like the ai build afterall and now I want a fresh start because my ai website is filled with customed classes and things I dont need. But it appears I cannot move my ecommerce plan to a new website and because I created it with ai, I canot even roll back to a blank website cause the first save was made after the ai had made the website.

Could you help me find the best way to reach my goal without paying an extra 40 dollars, money is scarce and i rely on the website to make a few bucks :sweat_smile:

Is it solvable, refundable, what should I do, could you help please?

I’ve jumped into the unknown.

Hi there,

You can transfer your Ecommerce Site plan between sites in your workspace. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Site settings > Billing
  2. Click Transfer plan and select your new site
  3. Click Continue and review the transfer summary
  4. Click Transfer plan to confirm

The original AI-built site will downgrade to a Starter plan, while the new site will inherit the remaining time on your Ecommerce plan. Note that the site receiving the transfer must be on a Starter plan and in the same workspace. After transfer, you can build your fresh site and publish it to your custom domain.
