eCommerce checkout issue - Irrelevant support

Hi all,

We are experiencing issues with the check out.

It says that there is a problem with the customer info, but when we inspect we have two messages in the Network (see pictures attached


  1. Our servers encountered an unexpected error : Tried to purchase a subscription with a one time payment.
  2. This order was already submitted

All our products are Physical.
We use check out without payment as it is a quote request.
Some products first work normally and send the quote request, then do not work anymore.

We are having issues getting appropriate help from Webflow support who prefers to try and find one product that works to tell us there is no problem, even though the inspect Network tells us what problem they have.

Anyone having this issue solved ?
