We’re encountering an issue with the e-commerce API. The JSON received after making an API call to pull all products contains blank SKU arrays. As of yesterday, when we pulled products, we could successfully see all 2,487 SKUs associated with our 487 products. Now we can only see 500 SKUs total because of the blank arrays. We’ve confirmed that 0 changes have been made to the structure of the ecommerce CMS. Attached a loom video showing where blank cells are returned, showing data previously returned from the API vs. newly blank arrays.
As I mentioned, this data was pulling properly up until yesterday (Mar 9). Wondering what could be causing this as nothing within the API setup or the website itself has changed. Any help is appreciated!
