E-commerce Discount Rules Not Working


It seems that “1 discount per customer” rule is not enforced correctly.

We have multiple customers that were able to use the same discount code twice (using the same email address).

I just wanted to bring this to Webflow’s attention and was wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue? Generally, what information is used to identify the customer as a returning customer?
