Duplicate items on a live site after CSV import. Why?

Hi,

I have imported around 600 items via a CSV file.

All my items are duplicating but only on the live site. In the designer and in the Collections folder it is correct. Why is this?

Thank you for your help.

Hey V, would need to see your live site in order to help you diagnose, but your staging site is password protected.

How silly of me. Removed the password now. Here is the live site too.

Thanks so much.

The problem seems to be a related to the Finsweet libraries you’re using and how you’ve set them up. You’re using a couple in conjunction with each other, FS Load, FS Filter, and FS Sort I think.

There might be a conflict but more likely a configuration issue.

Best approach is to try to identify when the problem began, and what FS changes you made just before that.

If you can’t remember, I’d try disabling each of them, one script at a time, publish to webflow.io and see if the problem disappears. I’d “disable” them in this order-

  1. Disable FS Filter first, then publish and test
  2. Then reenable it and disable just FS Sort, publish and test
  3. Then reenable sort, disable FS Load, publish and test

To disable, just find the <script> element for that lib, and change src to src1. Easy to undo after the test.

Finsweet’s support forums might help you with this too, if it’s difficult to find.

Thank you so much for your advice. Will give it a go and report back.

i think it’s something to do with my Sort but I can’t figure out what and where I am going wrong. Can you see? pw is onions

Have never used FS sort actually, what did Finsweet’s forums say?
