Dropdown Set Width (On Collection Items)

I am trying to make a set of drop down buttons on each of my collection items. What I am trying to do is make the drop down box a set size and position when opened (940px wide) instead of starting at the button position.

The best example I can give you is this: https://www.smitegame.com/items/

Every item clicked brings up a box that is in the same place regardless where the item is.
