Dropdown List - Expand on page load trigger?

Hi,

Is it possible to have a dropdown to expand upon page load? I have a series of drop downs in a div and I want them expand after the page loads. I can achieve this with the hover state but I cannot seem to get it functioning with the page load option. Any help would be great.
