Drop down nav menu jumps left upon close

When you hover over “Services” in the top menu, it works fine. However, when you move the mouse off of the dropdown menu, it jumps 100+ pixels to the left!

Any thoughts why this interaction is so wonky?

You have assigned a 240px absolute left value to the nav dropdown list, which is why it’s moving 240px to the left. To fix this, set the absolute left value to 0 like this:
