Drop down menu on Nav bar works on some pages but not others

After hours of trying to troubleshoot this problem, I surrender: Why isn’t the Information drop-down menu working on the Services page? It works on the Home and Resources pages, so…?

Hi, Try changing Hero PD’s position from relative to static like rest of the headers. It worked for me when I do that.
