Download digital product link not visible

Hey, everyone.

I’ve been testing orders for digital downloads and had an email confirmation come through (Yahoo) as this. If I didn’t highlight the text, I would’ve never have known there was a download link there. It’s appearing differently across different email providers. Some, I get a full button. Others, I get a traditional blue anchor link. Does anyone know how to configure this to make it consistent? This would be a huge headache if this was in prod.

Hello ,
i’m facing exactly the same trouble and when i’ve sent a message to “support@webflow.com” i’ve immediately received an automatic answer telling me to send my request on the forum.

Does someone have the solution for this one ?

You may have misread, the forum is pretty much community-only.
The link in the email is to the Support Portal.
