Dont work animation when distance between the top of the screen and the top of the block is 0%

Hi, guys!:wave:
When the distance between the top of the screen and the top of the block is 0%, the animation must starts working. when I set 100% to “when scrolling into view,” this animation just doesn’t work.
Why? and how can this be fixed?
Thіs situation “while scrolling in view” is the same.

Hi,

For div-21
You need to add a move x= 0px as initial state before your move x=100px
You can put the offset back to 0% on the previous panel as well.
