the first couple meetups will be a poor turn out. I’ve been hosting Webflow meetups in San Diego for 1.5 years. It does take time.

One thing I learned is that never expect more than 5 people or more than half of your RSVP sign ups. There are too many variables you cannot forsee. (Traffic, other obligations, etc.)

As long as you show up, people will come.
