I bought hosting from hostinger but didn’t bought any hosting plan there, and now I am building website in webflow, can i use that domain there and secondly how can i create business emails for my partners on webflow for my agency.

Your specific goals aren’t clear, however if you are trying to host your Webflow-built website on Hostinger, you’d setup a plan there, and export your Webflow site. Your domain would point to Hostinger’s IPs.
For custom-domain email, Google Workspaces is popular. So is Office 365, and Zoho mail. You’ll want to familiarize yourself with the feature sets and pricing plans to decide.
