DOM Element in a form - how to set up the field name?

Hello,

I am discovering the DOM element in a form right now and it works very well. Can someone tell me how to change the field name please ?

Second question, I have set up checkboxes but I need to change their values from true/false to numbers like 2, 3, 4…

I’m pretty sure you can’t change past form submissions. What I suggest you do is export those already-existing form submissions and manipulate their fields and values on Excel or Google Sheets.

Then, go to Webflow, change your forms so they actually output the data in the format you need them to be. Publish your site.

After that, delete the old submissions the the table responds to the new format you have set in the Webflow forms
