For the most part, yes. But there are some gotcha’s.
Those all change, so you can’t rely upon them being the same if you have automations that link to them.
One of the more useful approaches is to preview the backup and copy / paste what you need:

Yes I know about the ids. But what i want to confirm is that the collections are restored to what they were at the time (with the format they had, the fields they had…).
So for instance if now i have 20 elements and at the restore point i had 10 elements (with different fields) then if a do a restore I will have those 10 elements with those different fields.
That is the idea, but I would test it for yourself to make sure it’s working exactly how you need it to.
