If you take a look at our site here:
We have a preloader animation (eye and pencil). We originally had the animation as a GIF, but on mobile, it would come in super skippy while the site was loading. We switched to a sprite with a simple CSS background-position transition with steps.
It still seems to try to load more, but it’s still skippy. Does anyone have a suggestion to make the loader smoother?
