Hi, @Bqq,

yes, PNGs keep their transparency in webflow and can be ‘stacked’ above each other.

I couldn’t find a mermaid on the page you linked to, but in general, you can overlay elements with their positioning.
Giving the parent-element the position relative and the child-elements absolute will enable control over their positioning on the z-axis.
