I am having issues publishing my site and I feel like I’m missing something. I’m using Cloudflare from Crazydomains and it’s all working fine but something in the dns settings doesn’t seem to work:
In a conventional setup you cannot use Cloudflare’s proxying.
Edit those first 4 records and turn off the orange cloud.
Thanks that resolved the redirects issue, now I’m getting an SSL issue… do I need to get an SSL cert?
Nope. Since you had it misconfigured, Webflow make take a few hours to issue the SSL cert properly. In effect you were blocking its certificate provisioning process.
Even in a correct config that can take an hour. I’ve seen it take a bit longer when its initial attempts to provision a cert failed.
Of course, recheck your basics… SSL should be on for your site, etc. Your browser may cache certs also, so try a new browser to see what your actual users would see.
That worked thank you soooo much!!
