Your domain is not expired until Oct however your DNS appears to be broken. Note the rcode SERVFAIL

So would this be an issue coming from the domain hosting company?
From the DNS provider. In many cases that’s your domain registrar by default, but that depends on how you’ve set it up.
You’ll need to check with Google Domains / Squarespace ( from the looks of it? ) and see how your DNS is configured.
Where are you seeing squarespace?
Nowhere. Your registrar is Key Systems GmbH, which I just recognize as a common provider for Google Domains, which was since bought by Squarespace.
I don’t use them so I don’t know that that means for your UX or logins, if that’s your registrar.
