Div not showing on preview or live

Hi everyone! This is driving me a little crazy and I’m hopeful that someone out there has seen this before.

I have a div (filters-vertical) that is not showing on the preview or live. I have gone through the positioning and all the other settings to make sure they’re correct and it seems like they are. The div is copied from another page where it works fine. Can anyone help?
