Div background turn transparent on Mobile?

In my Filter Block the element ‘fs-dropdown_list-1’ is the dropdown menu.

On desktop the menu has a solid white background and covers the other elements as it should since it’s a dropdown.

But when I go to mobile (or anything below desktop) the background is transparent and make the dropdown menu illegible. The background colour is inherited from the previous so I’m not sure what’s going on…

Does anyone have any experience here, maybe I’ve set it up wrong?

I’m able to achieve stacking by applying a sub class and giving the top drop downs a higher z-index.
