Distinguishing between current PAGE and current SECTION

Is there a way to distinguish between the current PAGE link and the current SECTION link in a navbar?

The intention here is so that I can style them differently (e.g. the current page link might change color, but the current section might have a different background colour).

I am using a single level navbar with 10 links on it. The first link is Home (links to the home page), the other links are to sections on the home page.

When scrolling down the page, the “Current” class is applied to the “Home” link (because I am on the home page) but also to the section I am viewing.

Is there a way to separate the two so I can style them differently?

Hi @innuorich

Can you please share your read-only link, so forum members can take a closer look at your settings :slightly_smiling_face:
