Discount code not applying

Hi all,

I activated a discount for our store, but when you click “APPLY” on the check out page, it doesn’t reflect the discount on the order summary.

Any idea why? I am applying the discount code to this 2-day course on this link

Hey @malik,

This might not be the root cause of the issue but it looks like there’s a phone number field being conditionally hidden while also set to required and this is causing an issue when trying to apply any discount code at checkout:

You could also try moving the discount code field outside of the Additional Info block if it’s still not working.

It worked when I moved the discount code field outside of the “additional info” box, not sure why it has to be that way.

I kept the telephone number field as it is (with conditional visibility active) as I want it that way on purpose.
