Disable page scroll under dropdown menu

Hi,
In the menu below you’ll find three dropdown in the menu for Product, Solutions and Resources. These dropdown are set to full screen, however if you move your mouse wheel why they are open, the site scrolls underneath. How would I disable the page scroll while the menu dropdown is open?
