I try the new elipsis function of Webflow this morning, I works, but only on one line.

Dis you test it ? What do you think of it ?

Haven’t tried it but I did see the screenshot and it looked like they might not be using CSS line-clamping where you specify the number of lines.

My guess is you would need your text element to be block or inline-block, and to have a specific height / max-height in order for the ellipses to work on multiple lines.

I try to set the height and with in order to have multiple lines, but it didn’t works. Tell me more after you try it
