Desktop changing after making some changes in tablet/mobile mode

Hello guys,i have a problem with changing places of some text in tablet/mobile mode,when i make it how i want and go back to Desktop view it all end up changed.
I thought that works only from higher to lower displays/resolutions.
Can somone please help me realise what is problem here and how can i solve it.
