I just started with webflow, and I feel kinda stupid for this, but the Interface is too small on all my devices. Is there a way to make it bigger or is it because of the resolution of the screen?

Some of the left and right panes can be dragged wider, but that’s about it. The other option is to use command + or - to make things bigger, but obviously that’s going to zoom in the content as well

Change the device screen resolution while working in webflow. If you zoom with the browser, you will probably end up breaking designer layouts.
actually I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014). Thats why I thought it might be because of something else.
Try command 0 which would restore zooming to the normal state, if zoomed.
